Are you open ? We were up from Alabama on Monday but no lights were on, about 11:30am and no lights on that we could see and no cars in parking lot.Please answer, we want to visit,

As far as I know they are still open. I googled they're hours of operation. Today it said they were opened at 6 am.

Can you have breakfast at any time?

I would be surprised if a diner didn't provide breakfast the entire day. That said, parkway rocks out breakfast all day long in style! Don't miss it.
